How home collection works

Four steps from booking to report, without leaving home.

  1. Book

Choose your tests online, or send the names on WhatsApp — a photo of the prescription works too.

  2. Confirm a slot

We reply on WhatsApp with the slots available in Lower Parel and confirm the one you pick.

  3. Collection at home

A trained phlebotomist visits your address and collects the sample in a few minutes.

  4. Report on your phone

Our partner laboratory runs the test, and the report is sent to you digitally.

What you can expect in Lower Parel

You can check each of these on your first booking. If any of them does not happen, call us on +91 74002 41366.

  • An ID you can check

Whoever arrives carries a HealthGenomic identity card with their name and photo. If there is no card, do not hand over a sample — call us.

  • A sealed kit, opened in front of you

The single-use kit is unsealed at your table and the tube is labelled with your name while you watch.

  • No extra charges at the door

The price shown when you book is the full price — no visit fee or travel charge for collection in Lower Parel.

  • If we are running late, you hear it from us

Traffic happens. If a slot slips, you get a message before your slot time, not after it.
